NJ Real Estate Commission Offers New, Online Payment and Application NJ Realtors has announced that, as a result of their advocacy on behalf of Realtors, the NJ Department of Banking and Insurance has now begun offering an online payment and application feature as part of the Real Estate Commission licensing system. The online portal gives Brokers of Record the ability to submit original Salesperson, Salesperson Referral, or Broker-salesperson applications and make payment online.

NJBIZ: Governor Murphy Extended the State’s Public Health Emergency on September 25 for Another 30 Days As the number of new COVID-19 cases soars in five counties, state health officials warily eye colder weather ushering in a second wave of the virus. Under state law, the public health emergency has to be renewed every 30 days; it applies to a myriad of restrictions on businesses and public gatherings that were enacted to halt the spread of the virus.

NJBIZ: New Jersey Approved for Six Weeks of Federal Unemployment Relief Offered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency The number of state jobless claims since March soars to 1.6 million people. The aid comes out to $300 a week, which many New Jerseyans will see as a single lump sum – likely in October – Governor Murphy said, for a total of $1,800 in federal unemployment relief.
