New Jersey State Lowers Gathering Limits As COVID-19 Cases Surge Governor Murphy announced that he would sign an executive order retightening restrictions on indoor and outdoor gatherings to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Read more. 
  • Effective November 17: General indoor gatherings will be limited to a maximum of 10 people
  • Effective November 23: General outdoor gatherings will be limited to a maximum of 150 people. 
New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA): Sustain and Serve NJ Program The NJEDA Board of Directors approved the creation of the Sustain and Serve NJ, a grant program that will provide funding to organizations to purchase meals from restaurants that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and distribute the meals at no cost to New Jersey residents.
