Waived Listing Fees for Middlesex County Listings through December 31 GSMLS has extended the listing fee waiver for new Middlesex County listings thru December 31, 2020. This listing fee waiver applies to listings located within Middlesex County and entered into the MLS system between June 1 to December 31, 2020. While GSMLS does not require the entry of Middlesex County listings, please remember that if you do enter a Middlesex County listing, you must maintain the listing just like you would any other. Maintaining the listing means that all listing changes (such as listing price, expiration date, status, etc.) must be updated in the MLS system.

Coming Soon Form Revised The Coming Soon Listing Form has been revised to include both the listing broker and listing agent signatures. The new version of the form, or the broker's and agent's signature on the old form, must be completed and submitted for all Coming Soon listings.
