Webinars

realtor.com: Get a 'Paw' Up On the Differences: What You Need to Know About Service and Emotional Support Animals in Real Estate Service animals have a long history of assisting in the disability community. Still, the introduction of emotional support animals to benefit those with mental health needs is a much newer concept. While the animals themselves share many similarities, there are differences in the federal laws and the requirements that landlords, homeowners, condominium associations, and buildings open to the public (such as real estate offices and MLS/Association offices) have to follow. This webinar will cover some of these differences and what those in the real estate industry need to know. Thursday, August 19, at 1 pm EST. Register here.

Housing Wire: Lunch & Learn about Low Housing Supply, Lumber and Homebuilding This webinar will examine the nation’s lack of housing inventory and the factors that have contributed to a decline in homebuilding.
