Is your PSI Account Showing “Requirements Met” But Also Showing “0 Out of 1 Fair Housing Credits”? New Jersey REALTORS® is currently working with the NJ Real Estate Commission on fixing the glitch in the Commission’s PSI Tracking System. As soon as a resolution is worked out with the Commission, NJ Realtors will notify CORE, and we will notify all members. In the meantime, CORE members are advised they may want to take New Jersey Realtors’ one-hour, no-cost CE class, “Complying with the Fair Housing Act,” just to be on the safe side, in case the Commission determines that licensees need to complete the requirement after all. Register here for the class – you will need to log into ACE to find the class.

BrIght MLS

Bright will be reversing two loosened rules that were temporarily put in place due to COVID restrictions. This reversal will go into effect on April 8, including:
  • In-person showings of properties in the Active and Active Under Contract statuses will be required.
  • Virtual tour links and virtual showing/open house information will not be allowed in public remarks.
Both of these updates were meant to be temporary, and government restrictions on showing activity has been lifted for some time. Additionally, reverting back to the original rules, as showings are happening, and the Virtual Open House solution has removed the need to add links to Remarks. Information about these updates was sent to Bright subscribers on March 30.
