NJ Realtor - New Landlord/Tenant Release Form
There is a new form  L andlords' and Tenants' Hold Harmless and Release Regarding COVID-19  in NJ Realtors® library of forms. Additional details can be found under the form posted  Sellers' and Buyers' Hold Harmless and Release Regarding COVID-19.
The PA  CE deadline has been extended by 90 days to August 29, 2020. The original deadline was May 31, 2020. Note: PA does not offer CE credits via webinar. The online CE Shop is the only option we know of for PA licensed agents to receive CE credit. Visit  this  page to select your state's CE courses.

PA Governor Wolf has temporarily approved a  notary rule suspension  only for transactions that were already in the process (e.g., agreement of sale completed for residential property and only mortgage closing needs to take place). Click   here   for more info.

Live Online Instructor-Led Training
Garden State MLS is now offering live, online, instructor-led training in addition to the self-paced, online training that is already available. The schedule of classes is available from the Home Page by clicking  Training Schedule  at the bottom left of the page.  You must call (973) 605-1700 to schedule a class. GSMLS is currently able to offer both Intro and Managing Contacts.

------- The online, self-paced intro training is available within the system by using the menus at the top ------- right for Hello (your name) -> Online Training  and then choosing  Introduction . and Sold Listings
Garden State MLS has added the ability for Brokers of Record to make their Sold (and other listing statuses) available to 
---------- Basic instructions are: Office MGMT > Manage Exports > View/Edit Exports > Other Recipients ---------- > Add Recipients > select (Move, Inc.).
CMA now Available on New Site
CMA functionality is now available on the new site. 
---------- You can use Analysis > CMA > New to create new CMA or Analysis > CMA > Edit to edit or view ---------- existing CMA’s. 
Supra Showings Alert for All Users
The alerts section of the homepage now displays Supra Showings with a link to Supra’s site for all members, not just those with new showings. The count of new showings is displayed with the alert. Opt-In Instructions. Must be completed by Broker of Record.
  1. Click here to login to MLS
  2. Office MGMT > Manage Exports > View/Edit Exports
  3. On the tab “Other Recipients”
  4. Click On “Add Recipients”
  5. Select your vendor from the list provided. In this case you want to send to (Move, Inc.)
  6. Answer all questions
  7. Click Save and Sign Agreement
  8. Scroll down to the bottom and type your First/Last Name, Date and Save.
  9. Now all of your listings are included in the feed
Bright MLS

Virtual Open House now available in Bright Listing Management.  Subscribers now have the option to enter a Virtual Open House in Listing Management. This new option will be available through Search and on Reports. Bright is working with websites, like Zillow and , to display the information and expects that to be available in the coming weeks Learn more .  
Virtual Showings Coming Soon to ShowingTime
ShowingTime is working to provide a virtual showing option within its platform. Bright is also considering options within Listing Management to help designate showings as virtual. More information on these solutions will be shared soon. 
Webinars - Bright has created a packed course schedule of topics including best practices for virtual work, how to utilize social media, refreshing your listings, and more. All of the recorded webinars are being added to the   page as soon as they are available.  
NAR - HUD Announces Extra relief for Borrowers with FHA-Insured Mortgage 
The Department of Housing and Urban Development announced the Federal Housing Administration would offer a customized set of mortgage relief options to those with FHA-insured mortgages who are being affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and who are unable to make their payments. Read more  here.
