Application for Realtor Emeritus Status
A Realtor who has held membership in NAR for a cumulative period of 40 years as a Realtor, Realtor-Associate, or both, and who has served for at least one year at NAR is eligible for Realtor Emeritus status.
- Applications are due to your local association (CORE) no later than October 2, 2020.
- The service to NAR that qualifies is at least one full year as a NAR officer, director, committee member, Federal Political Coordinator, Global Ambassador, or Global Coordinator to a country with which NAR holds a reciprocal agreement.

Broker IDX/VOW Authorization is Now Online
A new online process is now available for agents to submit IDX and VOW licensing requests and for brokers to approve these requests. Starting on July 2, the previous paper process will no longer be accepted.

- RentSpree integration with Listing Management: Subscribers will be able to create a RentSpree online application while entering their rental listing in Bright Listing Management. This new integration makes it simple for agents to manage every aspect of their rental listing through Bright MLS. Learn more.
- Virtual showing solutions: We continue to expand on the virtual solutions within the MLS system. Soon Listing Agents will be able to designate the showing method on their listing as Virtual to make it clear to interested buyers what kind of showings are currently available for a particular listing.
