New Jersey Realtors: Quarter Century Club Applications Open Been a Realtor for 25 Years? The Quarter Century Club honors NJ Realtor members who have served as Realtors or Realtor-Associates faithfully in New Jersey for 25 years or more. Seeking Mentees from Trenton for NAR’s SPIRE Mentorship Program! CORE is seeking individuals from Trenton or the surrounding area who are interested in learning about the many possible career paths in real estate – brokerage, marketing, appraisal, property management, and more. We are working closely with New Jersey Realtors on this pilot, mentorship program from the National Association of Realtors in eight major U.S. cities, including Trenton. The program will pair a veteran Realtor volunteer, who will serve as a mentor, with a mentee who is interested in a possible career in real estate.

NJ Economic Development Authority (NJEDA): Pre-Registration for Phase 4 Grants Reopen Phase 4 of the Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program provides grants up to $20,000 to small- and medium-sized businesses and nonprofits that have been negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Pre-registration has reopened for business owners who did not pre-register in April. Pre-registration will be open until June 30. Pre-register now.

NJEDA: Tax Credits for Residential Development Projects The Residential Economic Redevelopment and Growth (ERG) Program provides tax credits for developers and businesses to address financing gaps in development projects. Projects can receive tax credits of up to 30 percent of total eligible project costs, or up to 40 percent in targeted cities. Learn more here.
