" I thought the format and style of the learning modules were eye catching, easy to understand, and fun to complete. I liked the questions and that every module was a little different keeping me on my toes! It's easy to complete while watching some TV or a couple minutes in the morning drinking coffee or before bed .
I spent an hour or two a day for about 10 days."

NAR News
What has NAR done for you lately? Click the illustration at left to learn how your NAR dues provide help for navigating our "new normal."

NAR’s Federal Advocacy team has been working closely with Congress and the Administration to ensure the interests of REALTORS®, their families, consumers, and the entire real estate industry are protected in any federal action in response to COVID-19.

This comprehensive section of the NAR website includes great information on Business Sustainability, Fair Housing, and NAR's efforts for the next iteration of the CARES act.
COVID-19 has altered the rulebook for property managers and investment property owners for the foreseeable future. Balancing the pressures faced by tenants struggling to pay rent due to job loss with your need to keep up with expenses and safety measures presents distinct challenges. Two of the biggest concerns affecting rental properties are the patchwork of eviction moratoriums and the unique fair housing issues and disability protections related to COVID-19. Click here to learn how to navigate these issues.
