Mom Squad Training with Sinceree

This group training program is designed for mothers of children under 10 who want to gain strength after pregnancy. Exercises are focused to the areas of most need for a woman's body that has experienced childbirth.

Spring Training with Teri

The focus of this program will be to improve your leg strength for hiking and biking. Core strength for tennis and golf. Arm and back strength for swimming.
After this program you will feel stronger and enjoy the great weather and outdoor activities even more!

Senior Strength and Balance Training with Matthew

This 5-week partner training program is designed for anyone who is concerned about their loss of balance while performing everyday activities, has fallen recently or wants to help lessen the likelihood of future falls.
