Instructor Certification This Saturday
Changes to the Group Fitness Schedule
Many of our Instructors (not just the Cycle Instructors) will be attending the Keiser Certification this coming Saturday 2/8.

We have set up a special schedule of classes for that day so we can still have as many members as possible participate in programs that day.

Cycle Students: There will be a bonus class on Friday 2/7 at 6pm.
