What do you like best about your work?
Learning about new topics, assisting researchers, and processing collections.
What has been your biggest professional challenge?
Currently, my biggest challenge is learning about motor racing. I do not have any subject area expertise.
How are you seeing issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility play a more prominent role in your work environment?
There are increased efforts to broaden interest in motor sports to include more women and people of color.

What advice would you give to someone new to the field?
Think about everything as a learning opportunity without making judgement.
