We are committed to supporting you, your Club, and the impactful work you do in your community. To do this effectively, we need your direct feedback on what matters most to you.
If you have not yet participated, please take a few minutes to complete our member survey by scanning the QR code above or clicking the link below. Your responses play a critical role in guiding our priorities and decision-making, helping us ensure we remain a premier volunteer organization.
The survey takes approximately 12-15 minutes to complete and is completely anonymous. Individual answers cannot be identified, and we encourage candid responses.
