, providing vital relief for Independent Contractors and REALTORS during these challenging times. Many thanks to the letters sent by our associations at the local, state and national level and the tireless efforts of our lobbyists.

Essential Services
Yesterday, we all received word that real estate was now considered an "essential" business. Again, many thanks to the efforts of our real estate associations and lobbyists. Remember, if the State or County jurisdictions hold to a stricter ruiling, we must fall that ruling. C.A.R. sent a notice out advising all REALTORS of this news and to use caution in order to follow through on your duty to protect your clients, the public and other agents in your industry. We are meeting with our Brokers and the County tomorrow morning and with C.A.R. in the early afternoon. Please be on the lookout out for any emailed updates.
