1) A form that combines a Declaration and an Advisory for all parties to sign acknowledging the risks involved in a property shown during the coronavirus;
2) A new Addendum to the Listing Contract;
3) Updated Coronavirus Addendum and;
4) A Notice of Unforeseen Coronavirus Circumstances

C.A.R. Legal: C.A.R. Forms, Coronavirus Addendum and New Notice
Thursday, April 2, 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
C.A.R. is currently revising the Coronavirus Addendum/Amendment to reflect your comments and concerns. The revised form, available in zipForm on Monday, is explicit that its terms will only be triggered if there is an actual COVID-19-related reason for performance and can be used to identify and verify the reason for performance.
Besides the 45 Free Hours of CE Education, C.A.R. is now providing educational classes at a discount of 20%.

in order for Kathy Hinman to complete the application and remit to C.A.R. by the 10th. To qualify as a C.A.R. Honorary Member-for-Life, REALTOR®, members of the State Association must have been an active C.A.R. member for a minimum of 25 years and reached the age of 75 years or older. If approved, state dues shall be deemed paid-in-full for life (commencing the year following approval - 2021) and shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of State Association membership accorded to all members.
