"Christ Inspired Meditation" Mondays at 10am
Last class of the season will be Monday, May 13th
in the Chapel led by Doreen.
Ecumenical meditation group designed to experience the inner Christ. Learn a systematic sequence of movement, breath and sense withdrawal that naturally steers the mind inward so that you might pass through the clutter of a tense body and mind and feel Holy Spirit within - resting at the center.   Sense the Presence of the Divine.  Practice with others to gain strength. Hear scripture in a whole new way.
Doreen has been leading Christ-inspired classes for over 15 years. She grew up in Water Mill & teaches wellness &meditation classes in the Southampton area. She is a member of FPC, rings in the bell choir and is on the PNC
