GRAR Office Now Open for Appointments
The GRAR office is now open for appointments only for SUPRA lockbox purchases, SUPRA ActiveKey exchanges, drop off/pick up of materials, or other critical functions that cannot be handled virtually. Please email grarhelpdesk@grar.net to request an appointment and one of our staff will get back to you to schedule a time. Until further notice, we will NOT be able to accept walk-in traffic without an appointment. If you just need to drop something off, you may use the mail slot in the door any time the building is open (generally 7:30 am to 8:00 pm).
Classes and Meetings at GRAR
There will be no onsite classes or meetings at GRAR through July. Activities beyond that time are being evaluated.
For all correspondence, please continue to use the grarhelpdesk@grar.net email as your primary contact point. This allows all staff to access and handle in the most efficient manner possible.
Personal Protective Equipment
If you are in need of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or cleaning services, you can find local vendors on the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce website.
We will continue to provide more information as it becomes available. Reach out to us at GRARHelpDesk@grar.net with any questions and check your Member Portal for general news items.
