Dear church family,

Here’s a summary of some key dates and information on eligibility to vote on Skillman joining with The Hills:

• Member List.  Click here for the list of all Skillman members eligible to participate in the vote on the Hills opportunity. Criteria for eligibility to vote are described on the top left corner of that document. The member list was made available for inspection at the church office and Town Hall on April 27, was emailed to all members on April 30, was open to comment until certified on May 11, and is again being provided to you here and mailed to all members.
• Ballots will be sent to you by U.S. Mail next week. 
• Details on ballot wording, voting administration and ballot counting will also be provided to you next week. 
• Voting will occur after worship services on Sunday, June 12, 2022, or earlier by mail-in ballots that must be received in the church office by 5pm on Friday, June 10.

Some of our members have received communications from a group called, “Save Skillman”. The Elders are addressing their procedural complaints by providing you this statement of “Myths and Facts”.
