WEAC Region 3 represents public education employees in a large territory stretching from Florence to Port Washington,
and from Menominee to Washington Island.
Zone E members in Region 3 took a carload to participate in the March to Madison. The rally had great speakers. Members had an in-person conversation with Senator Chris Larson and also spoke to a representative in Senator LeMahieu's office. Great Day!
Happy 4th!
The WR3 office will be closed for business July 1-5. There will be no weekly newsletter published next week.

Have a great holiday!

Hello all,

Summer is an important time for reflection, for rejuvenation, and for having fun with family and friends. I will be stepping away for the month of July, and one of the amazing things I'll be doing is taking a cruise down the Rhine River with my mom! I'm a little nervous about this trip and it's mostly because I move at a quicker pace than my mom. It'll be a challenge for me to slow down, but what a great reason to do it. I'll need to relax more - and isn't that what a vacation is for?

This part of the newsletter will be written by my colleagues in the office in the next few weeks. Enjoy!

--Peace
