CHCA Annual Membership Drive

July 22, 2025

Dear Clairmont Heights friends,

CHCA is holding Membership Month for 2025 from mid-July to mid-August because we knew that many neighbors would be away on vacation immediately after school ended. We invite you to join or renew your household membership for the 2025-2026 year.

A single $25 payment covers all eligible household adults, and your dues support and build our neighborhood community.

CHCA uses your contributions to support things like the following:

Our Summer Popsicle Party to celebrate back-to-school
Our Fall Block Party and the Spring Art Festival
Scavenger hunts and social opportunities
Congratulatory banners for our high school graduates
Ira B. Melton Park financial support for plantings and improvements
Communication and social media efforts

The more participation we have, the more we can do!

Celebrate Back to School with a Popsicle

Our kickoff activity for the 2025-26 association year features cool treats for all!

Elementary students can grab one as they exit the bus at these three stops on Friday, August 8th:

Corner of Densley and Park (~2:45pm)
Heritage Heights (~2:50pm)
Corner of North Superior and Superior Place (~2:55pm)

All neighbors will be able to enjoy one at the community-wide party on Sunday, August 17, 2025. The location is 2059 Desmond Drive (corner of Park Lane and Desmond). We hope to see you there!
