Wyoming Leaders In Medicine
WMS makes changes to the WLM schedule for the 2020-2021 year.

The WLM program will be changing formats and hosting a portion of the courses via webinar for the 2020-2021 year. This will significantly reduce travel burden for the class and make any necessary COVID-related scheduled changes easier to adapt to.

WMS has been working with FutureSync, Int. (course facilitators) to ensure that the WLM program will move forward, even if COVID-19 complications resurface next year.

WMS Summer Board Meeting - June 13, 2020
WMS is led by a 27-member board of trustees. To learn more about our board CLICK HERE . To submit a topic for consideration, please contact your county medical society trustee, a member of the WMS executive committee or a member of the WMS staff at info@wyomed.org no later than June 5, 2020.

Immediately following the WMS Board of Trustees meeting, the full membership will be invited to join the board for a virtual statewide membership meeting. WMS leadership will present the 2020 WMS budget, provide membership updates, and more.

WMS Election
WMS officer election closes tomorrow (Wednesday, May 27th) at midnight.
In order to cast your ballot, you should have received an email from noreply@electionrunner.com . You will need the unique Voter ID and Voter Key to participate in the election. If you have questions regarding the ballot, please do not hesitate to contact Courtney Ward with MHP at  cward@mhpllp.com .



Ballots must be submitted no later than midnight at May 27.

CMS Announcement
Today the administration announced a plan to lower insulin costs for Medicare patient with diabetes.

CMS announced that over 1,700 Medicare Part D plans will be offering insulin savings in the 2021 plan year.
