This memo is to confirm that your student(s) is enrolled in our Boise Online School. Listed below are a few updates and reminders.
As a matter of enrollment procedure, in addition to being connected to your neighborhood school, all elementary Boise Online School students are also associated with Owyhee Elementary, Junior High online students are associated with Hillside Junior High and High School online students are associated with Timberline High School. This will allow you to get emails from Boise Online School as well as your neighborhood school.
Due to significant interest and the need to appropriately staff the Boise Online School and our neighborhood schools, we are requiring that the final drop/add date for the Boise Online School is August 7 at 12:00 noon. After this date, students must commit to the Boise Online School or their neighborhood school for the entire 1st semester that ends December 22. If you choose to stay enrolled in the Boise Online School, you will have the option to transfer back into your neighborhood school at the end of the semester.
If you want to remain with the Boise Online School, no action is necessary by you. During the next several days, you will be receiving more information in order to be ready to learn remotely via Boise Online School starting August 17th, which will include:

If you feel that you would rather return to your neighborhood school and not participate in the Boise Online School, please contact your school. Arrangements will be made to change your enrollment status.
