City of East Providence - Your Place To Live, Learn, Work & Play

Greetings!

School is out and the summer is almost upon us! And with summer fun comes the opening of our splash pads, and concerts at Bold Point Park, Rose Larisa Park and Pierce Stadium. And we can't forget our Independence Day celebration. There are also a number of events happening right at City Hall over the next few months including a Pride Event and the raising of the Pride flag, the Portuguese flag, the Azorean flag, and the Cape Verdean flag. Do you have a great idea to share? Stop by City Hall. My door is always open. Let's continue to make East Providence the best place to live, learn, work and play.
-- Mayor Bob DaSilva

EAST PROVIDENCE CELEBRATES EMS PROVIDERS
EMS WEEK 2022
Each day, in communities across the country, Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers put themselves on the line to save lives, safeguard dangerous situations, and deliver hope to families and communities in crisis. With selflessness, professionalism, and grace under fire, they provide essential care — never more so than during our battle with COVID-19 over the past two years.
During EMS week, we honored our heroic frontline workers who provide vital emergency medical care and ease the burden of crisis for Americans in need of help and through service, compassion, and dedication, EMS providers represent the very best of the best in the City. Thank you to our EMS providers in East Providence and throughout the nation.
