We are proud to recognize Charlotte Spaide, a standout sophomore at Lehman
Catholic High School, as the Wiefit Student Athlete of the Month. Charlotte plays First Singles for Lehman’s Girls Tennis Team and has already made her mark as the current record holder for the most wins in a season—a testament to both her talent and tenacity on the court.
Hailing from Troy, OH, Charlotte began training with Brian Wiefering in August 2024 with specific goals in mind: to lean out, build strength and muscle for tennis, and embrace a clean, performance-focused nutrition plan. Her results since then have been nothing short of remarkable.
When she started the Wiefit program, Charlotte weighed 138.8 lbs with a body fat percentage of 23.18%. By May 2025, her dedication had paid off—she now weighs 148.2 lbs with a reduced body fat percentage of 16.34%. Over this period, Charlotte has gained 18 lbs of lean muscle and cut 8 lbs of fat, transforming her athletic performance and physical capabilities.
What sets Charlotte apart is her unmatched discipline. She consistently trains before school, follows her nutrition plan to the letter, and approaches every aspect of her fitness with focus and intensity. These efforts have translated into noticeable improvements on the tennis court, including enhanced agility, a stronger serve, and increased endurance.
Charlotte Spaide exemplifies what it means to be a Wiefit athlete—driven, dedicated, and determined to succeed. We’re honored to support her journey and excited to see what she’ll accomplish next.
