Our Brunch Menuis inspired by the Txistorra. La chistorra or txistorra is Basque country's typical sausage that has a characteristic reddish color and smoky paprika flavor and is made from a mixture of craft skills and history. Enjoy your meals with a delicious zumito (OJ)! Available Saturdays from 11am to 9pm and Sundays from 10am to 8:00pm.
