last week 10/28 with an optional week 11/4
MONDAYS
Halloween Club with Jodi
– Halloween club wrapped up just in time for the big day! We finished with some spooky ghosts and mummies! Thanks to this great group of children for making it so fun!!!
Building Club with Kim-
Building Club was so much fun! The kids had a great time building snowball launchers, balloon rockets, earthquake proof buildings out of marshmallows and toothpicks, and straw bridges. Every week the kids could not wait to find out about our project and design!! All were a success!

TUESDAYS
Space Club with Mike
- We had a blast exploring space, learning about life as an astronaut, and taking the official NASA Astronaut Entrance Exam. We also learned about Mars when NASA chose Mike to join their mission! Thanks to all of our astronauts for a great club!
Colorific Club with Joanne–
We have had lots of fun during Colorific Club sessions! We colored and created fidget flextangles, painted with leaves, created scratch art and colored on wood and paper. Given the season, we created “BOO-quets” by repurposing milk bottles! We’ll be finishing up our sessions with crowns and masks and colorific
chameleons! The children have been enthusiastic about our projects and very kind with each other. They’ve happily shared supplies, waited turns and helped each other with
projects. This has been wonderful to see!
WEDNESDAYS
Camping Club with Megan
-
We have been enjoying going on nature walks, making key chains, and friendship bracelets. During the last few weeks of camping club we did our very own dramatic play camping, and last but not least - eating some yummy s’mores!
Fall Sports Club with Scott-
Fall Sports Club was a crowd pleasing success!! We had a great time playing floor hockey in the cafeteria. We made and executed some fun football plays. We played our favorite game of soccer with some excellent sportsmanship and we cracked some home runs in the front yard and learned about ‘tagging up’ when a ball is hit in the air. These fantastic athletes will be able to have their own trading cards that I’m sure will be worth their weight in gold once these young players reach the big leagues! I hope everyone had as much fun as I did seeing all their successes out on the field.
THURSDAYS
Hey What's in the Shed Club with Nancy
-Well, the great mystery of what is in that puzzling MAP Shed has been solved.... at least for the kids who have joined in on the fun! We have had a blast playing parachute activities, running obstacle courses and relay races, playing Star Wars laser tag, and also using our imagination to play games as frogs, snakes, bunnies, and cheetahs! And after a recent wind storm, we found some very determined leaves had made their way into the shed, so we used the leaves to do a leaf stamp craft ! The MAP Shed has been a very active participant in our club!
Fun with Fall Club with Trish
-Fun with Fall has been enjoying how beautiful this Fall has been and we are inspired!!!! Our watercolor paintings of fall trees were amazing!! We learned about scarecrows and the 5 Little Pumpkins Song! We ended with a fall walk and collected leaves for art!! Happy Halloween Fall Club!!
