1:30-2:30 p.m. Commemorative Program by The Dicky Sykes Memorial Bench

• Program led by Office of Diversity in Business Practices
• Commemorative Remarks & Memory Sharing honoring the life of Dicky Sykes

2:30-3:30 p.m.: Independent Memorial Time-Portable 9

• Independent reflection time
• Signing of Condolence Book
• Visual Memorial: Commemorating Dicky's life and work through pictures

3:30-4:30 p.m. Commemorative Program by The Dicky Sykes Memorial Bench

• Program led by Joe Sanches, COO of the School District of Palm Beach County
• Posthumous Award for Passion & Unconditional Commitment presented to Dicky Sykes by representatives from the Black Chamber of Commerce, Palm Beach County
• Commemorative Memory Sharing and Dedication of the Dicky Sykes Memorial Bench presented by the Office of Diversity in Business Practices Team

This is an informal event where you may join us as your schedule permits. In the Independent Memorial Times, there is no particular program other than time for you to commemorate and pay your private respects. Our staff will be available to receive you during this time and the condolence book will be available throughout the event. Light refreshments will be served. 

We offer two programs that will be very similar in order to best serve her friends and loved ones who come from many different locations. Please choose the program that works best for your schedule.
