DODD Grant App Deadlines Extended
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) remains dedicated to public health and safety in coordinating a response to coronavirus (COVID-19). 

DODD has extended the deadline for applications for the Building Innovative Service Model grant . Proposals are now due May 1, 2020, and must be received by 12 PM. This means that other dates are also extended for the grant process: 

  • Requests for clarification due to DODD: April 10
  • Clarification from DODD due: April 17
  • Proposals due: May 1
  • Estimated notification of award: May 15
  • Estimated start work-date: June 1

DODD has also extended the deadline for applications for the Employer Transformation grant . Proposals are now due May 13, 2020, and must be received by 12 PM.  This means that other dates are also extended for the grant process: 

  • Requests for clarification due to DODD: April 17
  • Clarification from DODD due: April 24
  • Proposals due: May 13
  • Estimated notification of award: May 22
  • Estimated start work-date: June 1

A recording of the webinar for this grant will be posted by the end of business April 1. The webinar can be accessed from DODD's website under the Employer Transformation Grant information at that time.
Cost Report Submission Deadline Extended
Attention: ICFs
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on facility operations, intermediate care facilities (ICF) providers will automatically be granted an extension to submit their Medicaid year-end cost reports, making all reports due April 28, 2020.

  • licensed practical nurses,
  • and psychiatric nurses.
