MEMPHIS LANDMARKS COMMISSION

CASES FOR MAY 29, 2025

Seven new and one held major applications have been filed with the Division of Planning and Development for consideration as major cases before the Memphis Landmarks Commission on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 2:00 PM.


Please provide any written comments you may have to the planner listed below for each case by Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 8:00 AM, so they can be incorporated into the staff report. Comments sent to anyone other than the staff planner will not be recognized or included in the staff report, and comments received after this time will not be disseminated to the Commission members. You may also attend the meeting to provide verbal testimony on any of these matters. The staff planners assigned to each case are listed below.
