Albany – Quail Run Assisted Living, Mennonite Home Skilled Nursing Care, and Lydia’s House Memory Care, each received a 2022 Customer Experience Award.
The awards, given by Pinnacle Quality Insight, recognizes facilities across the country that meet a demanding set of standards. In qualifying for the award, Quail Run, Mennonite Home, and Lydia’s House scored in the top 15% of the nation.
Over the course of a year, a sampling of Quail Run, Mennonite Home, and Lydia’s House residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate the facilities in specific categories.
“All assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities in the state of Oregon are required to do re-occurring resident satisfaction surveys,” said Donna BreMiller, executive director of Mennonite Village which oversees the three facilities. “These surveys identify areas for staff to focus on and make improvements. All the staff efforts, especially during this difficult time continue to make a difference.”
