May is Mental Health Month, and it has never been more important than this year. This year's theme of Tools 2 Thrive will provide practical tools that everyone can use to improve their mental health and increase resiliency regardless of the situations they are dealing with. We welcome other organizations to join us in spreading the word that mental health is something everyone should care about by using the 2020 Mental Health Month toolkit materials and conducting awareness activities.
