May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we want you to know that HYC is here to help! You are not alone with feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, and uncertainty. Life can be stressful and especially difficult during a crisis. Children and teens are also feeling the anxiety with all the changes of not being in school or not being able to spend time with their friends. It’s important to recognize within yourself as well as your family members when someone needs help. We all need to take the time to take care of our minds and body so that we can take care of others. It is important to do self-care, such as the suggestions below.
