Mental Health Awareness Month

Mental health is a vital component of workplace safety and overall well-being. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month in Canada, this is a timely opportunity to promote psychological wellness, reduce stigma, and encourage access to support.

To support our members in fostering mentally healthy work environments, MSA will be hosting a Workplace Psychological Safety webinar on May 14 at 11:00 a.m. This informative session will focus on fostering an environment where mental well-being is prioritized. Employers and supervisors play a crucial role in identifying psychosocial hazards and implementing controls to reduce workplace risks.

There is still time to register for those who wish to attend this valuable session.
