New Mental Health Virtual Therapist -

In addition to the six free counseling sessionsthrough our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), employees and their family members (spouse and children) have access to a mental health virtual therapist.

This workshop will take a closer look at what stress is, common stressors, symptoms of stress and review stress fighting strategies to help manage stress in healthy ways.
This workshop provides practical tools for dealing with both positive and negative employee behaviors during expected and unexpected stressful times.

A representative will connect you with a professional that fits your needs so you can schedule a free appointment.
