This Month, Take a Breath
NEW!!! Mental Health Matters Series at Mandel

With our partners at Impact Solutions, we offer this new 10-week series, Mental Health Matters . The series will cover a broad range of topics including basics about mental illness, understanding trauma, building happiness and more. See full list of topics on the Wellness Website.

Attending at least seven sessions will qualify Wellness Participants for the Stress Management Wellness Program Incentive.
Join in the series and help make CWRU a safe place to discuss mental illness and health.

Strengthen Core and Improve Flexibility Thursday Nights

In this 6-week class, participants will be led through 15 minutes of core work followed by 30 minutes of total body stretching. Open to most every fitness level, this class is designed to be just a little more challenging each week. Strength and flexibility should improve over the course of the series.

Now is Your Chance to Learn ZUMBA!

Joining a Zumba class for the first time can be intimidating, but our partners at One to One Fitness have created a class for those who want to learn in a safe setting. Taking place at noon on Fridays for 45 minutes or less each week, Beginner Zumba is a great opportunity to meet new friends, be active and learn a new exercise modality!

Dawn Miller's popular 8-week series is back on Mondays this winter. With a focus on heart-centered meditations, this class features the latest research as well as time each week for practice.

Beat Stress with LivingEasy
Learn to better handle stressful situations with confidence and calmness by completing the 8-session, online LivingEasy program from our partners at SelfHelpWorks.
Tackle Cravings with LivingLean
Meet your day with confidence knowing that you are in control of the foods you will eat in this interactive 14-session program. LivingLean is another of the online series offered from SelfHelpWorks.
Rest and Relax with Seated Massage
Back in February!

For only $15, enjoy an energizing seated massage.

between 11 AM and 1 PM
"Coast to Coast" Registration Ends Today!
Coast to Coast is an exercise incentive program, designed to motivate you to work out a little more this winter. Join on your own or with a team. Over 550 fellow faculty and staff are already on the road!
We kicked off last Monday and registration closes today!
