Focus Group Discussions

Hey there! Register and join us for a half-day session where we'll tackle and discuss the real challenges surrounding workplace mental health in the industries IHSA serves. We've partnered with Mental Health Innovations (MHI) to facilitate focused discussion sessions, creating a confidential and supportive space for open dialogue.

Stephane and Ross, the experienced session facilitators, have collectively accumulated decades of experience working with individuals like yourself. They specialize in bringing people together to engage in meaningful discussions surrounding workplace mental health, as well as its numerous interconnected issues and concerns.

During the session, we'll engage in discussions and hands-on activities to explore the mental health challenges faced by those working within IHSA industries. Together, we'll identify the support and educational needs required to effectively manage these issues.

We really hope that those who have personal experiences with mental health and related challenges, such as addictions, and work in our sectors, will join us. Your insights and wisdom are incredibly valuable, and we want your voices to be at the forefront of our discussions. Together, we can build solutions that are tailored specifically for the industry.

The main goal, is that after the sessions, we'll develop customized workplace mental health support tools or products. Your feedback will play a crucial role in shaping and creating them, potentially making a difference in the lives of those you work with, supervise, support, and or even yourself.
