No pizza this week
We use real butter in our desserts, pie and quiche crust. We also use the freshest and best ingredients/produce we can find that is cost effective. We use olive oil or butter for sauteing and make our own mayo for chicken salad to avoid harsh seed oils and preservatives. Chicken is hormone/antibiotic free and ground beef is natural/organic. Shrimp is from Gulf or pink Argentine. All stocks are made from scratch and are the base of our sauces. Citrus juice is fresh squeezed. Cooking clean results in eating clean! If you cannot get to us and your order is $65 or above we will deliver to you in Longview. You can pay on Venmo (@NanandChris-Tomboni) or we can bring swiper. Text order 1st to confirm.
