Dominick Brown
& St. Baldrick’s
Mepham started the Annual St. Baldrick’s Fundraiser a little earlier than usual this year. A special edition of the fundraiser for pediatric cancer research was held on Wednesday morning, for one special donor. Senior Dominick Brown will be graduating early to start his service in the United States Marine Corps. Dominick has been pursuing this goal for the past two years, and his friends and family wanted to send him off with a proper haircut! Thank you to Dom’s Government teacher, Mr. Patten, for coordinating this early kickoff to St. Baldrick’s. Good luck, Dom. Mepham is proud of you!

Student Athlete of the Week
This season, Mepham Senior Makayla Daube recorded her 1,000-career point and 1,000 rebound for the Girls Basketball program - the ONLY player in Mepham history to do so.
She was nominated for well-deserved SI Athlete of the Week honors. Voting concluded so check back to see the results!!!

Who’s Who Honorees
Deadline Approaching
We still need submissions for nominations. The deadline to submit a nomination is March 31, 2025. The Who’s Who program was established in 1964 by the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School Board of Education. In 1987, the W.C. Mepham High School Alumni Association proudly reinstated this tradition to celebrate the remarkable achievements of Mepham alumni.
This program recognizes individuals who have:
- Achieved significant accomplishments in their professional fields.
- Made outstanding contributions to humanity.
- Demonstrated exceptional service to their communities.
A commemorative plaque honoring these distinguished alumni and their fields of work is displayed in the foyer of Mepham High School.
