John A. Draughon, ’75, formed the Draughon Law Group in the latter part of 2018. The firm, based in Macon, specializes in business litigation with its primary emphasis on eminent domain and hospital law.

Michael P. Boggs, ’90, was appointed by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission. Justice Boggs is a member of the Supreme Court of the State of Georgia in Atlanta. He serves as a member of the Mercer University School of Law Board of Visitors.
Margaret “Meg" Heap, ’92, was appointed by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Judicial Nominating Commission. Heap is the district attorney for Chatham County. She is the current president of the District Attorneys Association of Georgia.
Gina Naccarato-Fromang, ’92, announced that her son, Mark, signed his National Letter of Intent to play college football at Centre College during National Signing Day in February.

Charles G. Warren, ’04, was appointed a military judge in the United States Air Force, effective July 2018. As part of his selection, he also graduated as the Distinguished Graduate of the Joint Military Judges Course, ranking first out of 42 in a class composed of military judge selects from all five military services.
