Temporary Program:
NYC's Fine & Interest Reduction Recovery Program (FAIRER)

If you have an Environmental Control Board (ECB) violation and judgement, you may be able to get an reduction of up to 75% on your judgement through NYC Department of Finance (DOF)'s temporary Fine & Interest Reduction Recovery Program (FAIRER).

The last day to apply for the program is December 20, 2021.
The NYC Mayor's Office of Community Mental Health, Mayor's Office of Nightlife, Mayor's Office of Media & Entertainment, and Backline is partnering to provide a new mental health initiative Elevate to support nightlife workers in NYC.
