Updates for Restaurants

NYS has updated some of their restrictions on NYC restaurants, please see below:

  • Effective immediately, NYS has lifted the buy food with alcoholic drink rule

  • Starting on May 3, bar seating (groups need to be 6ft apart still) will be allowed

  • Starting May 17, the midnight curfew for outdoor dining areas will be removed

  • Starting May 31, the midnight curfew for indoor dining will be removed

All other rules remain the same until June 5, 2021 or until further notice.
