Clarification from AHCCCS

Per AHCCCS guidance, we are removing Diagnosis Code R46.81 (Obsessive-compulsive behavior) from the Behavioral Health Diagnosis Service Group. AHCCCS indicated that providers should submit Diagnosis Code F42-F42.9 (Obsessive-compulsive disorder) instead.
