As we approach the end of the year, this is an important reminder of your contractual responsibility to complete the Mercy Care Advantage (MCA) Model of Care (MOC) Training and Attestation by December 31, 2025.
Under our Medicare contract, all network providers are required to:
- Complete the MCA MOC Training annually.
- Submit the MOC Attestation confirming completion.

Please note:
- New hires must complete the training and attestation within 90 days of hire if your group has already submitted its annual attestation.
- If you prefer in-office or virtual training for your staff, your Network Management Representative can provide a copy of the MCA MOC training.
Failure to complete the training and attestation by the deadline may result in non-compliance with MCA contract requirements.
