Mercy Me! 5/10/17
Mercy Me! 5/10/17

James 2:13 (KJV)
13  For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.

" MERCY REJOICETH AGAINST JUDGMENT!"

REJOICETH-from <G2596> (kata) and <G2744> (kauchaomai); to exult against (i.e. over ) :- boast (against), glory, rejoice against.
Strong's Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary.

To me, MY interpretation of the above Holy Phrase is:

MERCY TRIUMPHS OVER, GLORY'S OVER, LORDS OVER JUDGMENT!!!

If one has NOT experienced the SAME and/or EXACT malady, pain, trial, hurt, detestation, defeat, embarrassment, etc. as the one undergoing these, one CANNOT make ANY judgments!!!!

Thank God, we DO have such a High Priest that DOES understand:

Hebrews 4:15 (KJV)
15  For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Our Lord and Captain of our salvation was not ashamed to admit:

John 12:27 (KJV)
27  Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour.

TROUBLED-of uncertain affinity; to stir  or agitate  ( roil water) :- trouble.
Strong's Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary.

Hebrews 2:18 (KJV)
18  For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

SUCCOUR-from <G998> (boethos); to aid  or relieve  :- help, succour.
Strong's Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary.

This same Savior FEARED:

Hebrews 5:7 (KJV)
7  Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

But even though Jesus "feared" he still did.........................!!!!

Many things in this life require that we DO what we do NOT want to do and experience what we do NOT want to experience.

Romans 5:3-5 (KJV)
3  And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

4  And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

5  And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

WE "KNOWING that tribulation worketh PATIENCE."

PATIENCE-from <G5278> (hupomeno); cheerful (or hopeful) endurance, constancy  :- enduring, patience, patient continuance (waiting).
Strong's Talking Greek & Hebrew Dictionary.

KNOWING and EXPERIENCING are miles apart!!!!

Jesus KNEW what lay ahead of Him, but only when He had experienced it did He truly understand!!!

Hebrews 5:8 (KJV)
8  Though he were a Son, yet learned he obedience by the things which he suffered;

That TRIAL you endured yesterday makes you a better and more COMPASSIONATE person because NOW you understand.

" BEFORE YOU ACCUSE, CRITICIZE, AND ABUSE-

WALK A MILE IN THEIR SHOES!"

May each of us TODAY be a STEPPING STONE instead of a STUMBLING BLOCK!

TODAY, if YOU can make another' burden lighter, "JUST DO IT!"

1 John 3:17 (KJV)
17  But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

GOD BLESS YOU!
