Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan Team All-Academic Honorable Mention; BCAM'S Best Julia Bishop; Honorable Mention Maya White.

Detroit News All-North Second Team Julia Bishop; Honorable Mention Maddie Kenney, Alexis Roberts, Maya White and COACH OF THE YEAR GARY MORRIS! “As for our season, we started the season under the radar, which was not a surprise given we were only returning five players,” Morris said. “After we beat state-ranked Marian, we garnered attention and I thought our kids did a nice job once we were on the map. This was a fun team to coach, as the girls were coachable and good teammates. It’s a credit to them and my coaches for all we accomplished, 20 wins, along with Catholic League and district championships.”

COMMUNITY SERVICE OUTREACH
Do You Have Needed Supplies?
We are enormously grateful for our ability to react to the consequences of the COVID-19 crisis and the support we were able to provide for continued student instruction. Much of this preparedness is due to the partnership we have with the Farmington Hills Police and Fire Department. Over the past two years, these emergency service teams have unselfishly helped Mercy administration to further strengthen our emergency operations plan. At this time,  our friends working in Farmington emergency services need our help

If you work in painting, drywall, pesticides or home projects, please check to see if you have the following protective gear products and  click here for more detailed information :

  • 3M or Honeywell half masks and/or cartridges (even expired would be accepted).
  • Any NIOSH approved canisters or filters (N95, P95, P100)
  • Thermometers, disposable gloves and disinfectant wipes

If you are able to donate, please deliver items to 31455 W. 11 Mile Road, Fire Station 5. Donations may be left in the vestibule. Perhaps you, or someone you know has connections to a business they may be able to assist in procuring such items. Please contact [email protected]  with any help you may be able to provide.

Can you sew? Do you know of a facility in need?
Some Mercy teachers are coordinating the construction and delivery of medical masks to local organizations in need, such as school districts distributing food, medical personnel, and charitable groups. We're specifically looking for people who can sew on a machine and have or are willing to purchase basic materials; however, we may also need people to help coordinate or deliver masks.

Do you want to help? Do you have a sewing machine and can lend your skills? Do you know of a facility in need? There are more and more everyday. Please complete forms below and someone will contact you to follow up.
EARTH DAY VIRTUAL PRAYER SERVICE
Thank you to Campus Ministry for offering another thoughtful virtual prayer service in recognition of our Critical Concern for the Earth and to celebrate Earth Day.

God of all creation, during this time of crisis for humanity, we take comfort and hope in Your resurrection. We recognize that this unique time in our history has also given our home, the Earth, time to mend and renew. Cities and mountains once obscured by pollution are now visible, wildlife once hidden has emerged into the light of day. God of renewal, as we emerge from this crisis, help us not to return to life as it was, but to imagine and live a new possibility where all life on this earth and the earth itself can thrive.
