3. Call your provider for an initial phone screening.
New Telehealth Services

Mercyhealth has also started offering a telehealth option for our patients when an in-person physical examination is not needed. It allows you to connect with your physician through your phone, tablet, desktop or laptop. Our telehealth option is available now if deemed appropriate by your provider. Contact your provider to find out if your visit qualifies.
