Cozy Winter Reading Program Begins
As the cold weather settles in this month, take the opportunity to curl up under a blanket with your favorite book and maybe win some amazing prizes in the process! This month we offer winter reading for all ages.
In the Children's Room, pick up a reading log and/or a Warm and Fuzzy Bingo Sheet. Complete your reading log for a prize and a Bingo on your Bingo sheet for another one! There will also be weekly raffles and take-home crafts.
At the Circulation Desk, adults can take a Hygge Tic-Tac-Toe sheet. Hygge, Pronounced "hoo-ga," is a Danish concept that encompasses a feeling of coziness. Turn in as many completed sheets as you like but you may only win once. We will be doing a drawing every Friday in February for a Hygge Gift Basket. “X” out three in a row either across, down or diagonally for a Tic-Tac-Toe.
For Teens, visit the Children's Room or the bulletin board in the hall to pick up your "War of the Worlds" Bingo sheet. Mr. John is doing a Classic Books Bingo this year and every month or so a new Bingo sheet will be available. Turn in your sheet and collect a button for each theme.
