ABC Leadership Conference

The recent ABC Leadership Conference brought together industry leaders from across the country to share insights, celebrate achievements, and discuss the future of the merit shop philosophy. We’re proud to have been represented and are excited to implement new ideas to better serve you.

Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Update

On December 3, 2024, a federal court ruled that companies are not required to comply with the January 1, 2025, CTA beneficial ownership information reporting deadline. However, the implications of this ruling for filing obligations under the CTA remain unclear.
