Library Instruction for Spring Semester

Contact your UMM Librarians to discuss ways that library instruction can support your students' work. We can provide in-person class sessions or tailored web guides, all to help your students locate and use a variety of information formats.

Grants 101: Seeking, Analyzing, and Writing Basics (via Zoom)

At this workshop, you will:

  • search for grants in PIVOT
  • analyze an agency's Request for Proposals
  • learn Grant Writing Basics

We are offering this workshop in conjunction with the UM Office of Research Development on March 12, 2024 10:00am-12:00pm.

The public is invited to attend in Merrill Library!

Maine Business, Science & Technology Library (MBSTL)

Welcome to the Maine Business, Science & Technology Library.

As the state's designated research library for business, science and technology, the librarians at Fogler Library have compiled a series of resources to support the people of Maine in those areas. We’ve carefully selected and curated these resources into a variety of subject areas. Each subject area contains links to websites and articles relevant to that field. If you’d like to learn more about why we chose the resources we did, go to our Mission Statement and Selection Criteria page.

Valentine's Dance

The University of Maine at Machias Sororities - PTP, KAK, and ESA - will hold a Valentine's Dance on Saturday, February 10, 2024 in the Student Union in the Reynolds Center from 7-10pm. All are welcome to attend.
