Discovering the Dennys: A River Through Time

Last Friday, Merrill Library hosted a presentation on the making of the Dennys River Historical Society’s interactive story map, Discovering the Dennys: A River Through Time. Team members Tora Johnson, Colin and Ron Windhorst and student Patricia Tilton (with team members Louise Merriam and Jim Oberly joining remotely) led us through the layers of the interactive story map and discussed the work that went into researching and utilizing mapping skills to create the map. If you missed this informative presentation and you have a fondness for maps, learn more about it by visiting https://dennysriverhistory.org/.
